Raising Finance

Help with raising finance comes from the "Understanding Finance for Business" service (formerly known as 'Access to Finance.')

All enterprises, whether for profit or social aims, businesses need finance and/or working capital to start and grow. Some need extra help and advice to raise all the funding they need. To achieve this, our team of specialist advisers also works with contacts in banks and other commercial finance providers. We also have our own loan funds.

These HBV services have helped people like you raise over £10 million for their businesses over the years. Not every business idea can raise finance, however, so if we don't think your proposal will raise finance, we will tell you, and why.

Small Enterprise Grants ***NEW***
